Head -Product Management for Leading Education Client  Job Description - Head Product Management- Domestic Test Prep  Client is in Study Abroad /Test Preparation/ Overseas Admissions/ Language and Communication Training  Looking for Product Head for New Verticals ( Online & Offline) building domestic Test Product from inception.  To efficiently manage the entire Product portfolio of Domestic Test Prep products through their life cycle, to cater to the shifting needs of the customer for business generation and growth  Key Responsibilities :   - Gain a deep understanding of customer and the segment.   - Plan tactical steps at national and center level to capture market share. Work with Marketing and sales team to achieve the same.   - Analyze reports on product performance to design growth path. Be the custodian for all product related feedback and reports.   - Work closely with product development team for new market requirements. Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.  - Plan and ensure achievement of targeted revenue and margins through all products of Domestic Test Prep e.g. Bank PO Test Prep.  - Review and revise product specifications, design and costing as per market needs.  - Coordinate with product specialists to work on product concepts, product mix, and notes.  - Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Specifying market requirements for current products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Driving product across development teams, through market requirements, product positioning.   - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.   - Analysing potential partner relationships for the product  - Package the product to ensure positioning of the product is achieved.  - Assess market and competition activities.   - P&L statement, road map, sales forecast, channel distribution, new features for existing products  Educational Qualification: - Essential- Post Graduate in Business Administration from Tier 1 pedigree( IIM, ISB, SP Jain, XLRI etc) / Edu-Tech Entrepreneurs are also welcomed   Experience: - 4+ Years.
