Designation : Head Procurement

Reporting to : Managing Director

CTC : Will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Experience : 18+ yrs exp

Qualification : Graduate / MBA

Candidate Profile - 18 - 28 years of exp in Procurement out of which 8 - 10 yrs in personal care, skin care, FMCG, Food or body care products procurement exp is must from Personal Care, Health care, Skin Care and Body Care. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Responsibility :

- The person will be responsible for Responsible for all Raw Material Buying Decisions at India.

- Will be responsible to get best quality raw material and make the business profitable

- Will be responsible for New Vendor identification and Development to ensure supply security.

- Will be responsible for Negotiating the prices and entering into long term contracts to ensure overall cost management.

- Will have team of 6-7 people.

- Will be responsible for Budgeting, Planning and cost management.
