Solution Design:
Participating in RFX process and developing winning solution for HRO business
Demonstrate high level domain knowledge to diagnose customer challenges and building suitable solution
Design delivery setup for such prospects including target operating model, governance model, transition & transformation road map
Devise commercial construct to best suit nature of work and client requirements.
Participating in Solution Presentations, Client visits and showcasing capabilities and defending proposed solution and seeking client / stakeholder inputs for improving the solution, Preparing collaterals
Revenue Growth:
Responsible for revenue growth through reactive & proactive pursuits
Responsible for qualifying deals to suit Wipro's growth strategy
Consulting:
Participate in HR consulting engagements and assist customers in building business case for process outsourcing
Market Research:
Responsible to keep the sales team intact with market updates.
Work with research institutes (Everest, Gartner etc) and provide them data for market reports
Work on developing - Go to Market- strategy.
Enable Transition, Solution Design, Technology teams to create and implement solutions across the end to end process integrating Interfaces and Work Flow management for complete delivery
Creating PoVs, bringing about Thought Leadership from knowledge of Domain and Industry
