Urgently looking for Professional for Head Plant Engineering @ Goa location  - Lead the Plant Engineering functional: facility design of all template manufacturing facilities  - Ensure implementation of cost efficiency initiatives as part of Plant Engineering operations  - Ensure robustness of facility and manufacturing operations in all template facilities   - Working knowledge of Engineering and Maintenance of process and utility equipment, Instrumentation, HVAC, Civil, Structural and Architectural functions within Biologicals facility operations  - Provide guidance and direction to other plant engineering personnel   - Lead troubleshooting of facility related issues  - Serve as a project manager for different facility capacity enhancement projects  - Periodic presentations of progress to Management.
