- To formulate the quarterly production plan out of demand plan

- Supervise material planning on a monthly basis - MRP to run in SAP

- Has working knowledge of APO and SNP networking in ECC version of SAP

- Chase up purchase and Quality for RM/PM availability

- Set up systems and processes to improve the Product availability and Order lead time

- Run RCCP on short term and long term basis

- Make decision to make a product as make to order or make to stock

- Adept at inventory management techniques- Statistical Safety stock calculations, EOQ. Slow moving inventory identification and liquidation and future inventory projections

- Key player for product availability and order fulfillment across international locations.

- Set up systems to monitor the KPIs and suggest improvement plans .
