- Ensure to provide relevant cost related information to Statutory Auditors or Internal auditors or any other auditors appointed by the Company.

- Support H.O for Closing of Annual Accounts

- To implement Corporate Finance Process and SOX Controls relevant to site.

- To adhere US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act guidelines.

- Setting up of proper Finance systems at Vizag as it is a green field project.

- To ensure the proper compliances related to IGAAP and also US GAAP relating to site.
