The person will be responsible for handling P&L of the e-commerce business generated through in house website.  2. Building this business in one of the key bottom line drivers for the organization.   3. Manage the company websites in coordination with hosting partner   4. Coordinate with brand merchandisers to push stock for the respective websites   5. Coordinate with brand marketing teams for regular updates on website and social media promotions   6. Responsible for order fulfillment of daily orders, customer experience and addressing customer issues   7. Responsible for all content on the websites   8. Constant upgradation of website in terms of content, features and offers   9. Budgeting and target fulfillment for all the three websites.   10. Responsible for Profit & Loss and generating Business for In house website.  Key Skills Required :  1. Should have good communication and presentation skills   2. MBA preferred   3. 6-8 years of experience in a retail eCommerce organization   4. Digital and social media understanding and experience   5. P&L handling experience   6. People management experience is a plus   7. Aggressive and confident   8. The role will require managing a business team.  9.
