Job Description :
- Manage the performance management system for all employees
- Drive Goal Setting, Midyear feedback and annual appraisal process for Non-Sales staff
- Participate in Comp and Ben surveys
- Create a Robust Comp and Ben philosophy
- Responsible for compensation and benefits administration for employees
- Responsible for HR Analytics - Reporting, Analysis (Manpower Cost, salary cost, HR Median Salaries)
- Manage sharp Front Line Sales performance management
- Administer fair and robust Performance Enhancement Program across the organisation for low performers
- Responsible for regular creation and reporting of the CEO dashboard on HR Matrix and Performance
