We have an opportunity for Head Patents with one of our MNC client in Delhi.

- Looking for candidates with experience in patent litigation and licensing.

- Assist with patent litigation and enforcement matters.

- Negotiate patent license agreements.

- Assist with patent litigation and enforcement matters.

- Provide such other patent, licensing and intellectual property support as may be required.

- LLB with 8-12 years of experience in patent litigation and patent licensing portfolio.

- Experience in intellectual property licensing and litigation.

- Experience with standards bodies, standards essential patents and/or patent pools.
