Head - Operations - Spare Manufacturing

Full time BE / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mettalurgical Engineering from a recognized institute with 10-17 yrs of Experience of Spares manufacturing including machining, fabrication, welding and overhauling practices at any major unit

- Should have sound working knowledge & experience in maintenance of all types of mechanical assemblies.

KRAs :

- Eliminate production loss due to spares non availability/ quality of spares

- Maximize Plant availability by reducing cycle times during major shutdowns and developing technology to improve life of spares

- Ensure optimum cost of spare

- Ensure Zero unsafe incidents

- Planning & coordinating with sections for delivery compliance

- Modifying and Implementing quality assurance plans for defining quality parameters for the spare

- Monitoring and ensuring no deviation in quality

- Developing strategies and process plans in coordination with MED mechanical, MEG design, SSTG to incorporate in planning

- Developing partnerships with quality suppliers

- Implement Dupont practices, strengthening interaction with employees to improve work culture and safety behaviour
