Looking for Head - Operations (Plant Head Role, AVP/GM Level) for my client who is a well known Auto Component manufacturing company based in South Gujarat.   Key Responsibilities:  - Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day plant operations.   - Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards  - Responsibility for production output, product quality, and on-time delivery. Deciding on monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally.  - Representing the company, dealing with issues related to customers, public authorities & associations.  - Drawing-up middle-term and succession plans of the company, organize the resources to achieve it.   - Making an annual budget, Operation KPIs ( Inventory, Productivity, PPM etc. ) and monitoring to achieve it.   - Build up a quality system and operation system.   - Set up the career developing plan for key employee and help them to improve their leadership, promotion, and motivation.  - Ensure a smooth and effective communication and cooperation between the plant and central functions of the group, sister plants, customers, and suppliers.  - Ensure the new product launches taking quality, quantity, and deadline into account.   - Implementation of all measures necessary to fulfill health and safety requirements and environmental protection regulations.  - Review of Plant Quality Assurance and integrated systems   - Verification of system/procedures and documentation compliance to ISO/TS
