Operations Head - Photography - Chennai  Location : Chennai.   Salary : 15 to 20 Lacs PA.   Should be fluent in Tamil. It's a must for this role.   Responsible for after sales service and customer service. This position provides direct oversight and management of Operations Managers across Tamil Nadu and Photographers, Post production and Service Delivery team. Ensure on-time servicing of customers by coordinating with Operations Mangers, photographers and Videographers, Delivery Executives across region.   MBA with a minimum experience of 12 to 20 years in After Sales Service / client / customer servicing (out of which a minimum experience of 4 years in Team Handling is required).   Key Deliverables :  - Oversee Entire Post Sales operations of the State for Photography Services   - Team Building: Sourcing & Recruitment of Photographers (On & Off role), Post production and Delivery Executives.   - Ensure both Free Lancers and on roll photographers follow SOP Laid down by the company   - Build good relationship with customers and internal team to manage the customer orders are serviced in effective way.   - Customer experience and successful complaint handling; proper response without time lag to clients.   - Process orientation should be high, Ensure On time servicing of Customers through healthy mix of online and offline photographers   - Ensure timely update of CRM & Relevant payment collections to company as per norms   - Keep close track of development of photography innovations in the region and update HO   Nalla HR
