Head - Operations (Females Preferred)  - Play a significant role in long-term planning, with the view to delivering operational excellence through the team.  - Maintain the budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable to the Board.  - Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.  - Manage the ongoing financial, operational, and staffing activities of the department.  - Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.  - Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Marketing and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.  - Should ensure that all required facilities are provided to the foundation and mall as well as all IT related queries are being solved on time.  - Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team  - Responsible for establishing and implementing departmental goals, procedures and policies.  - Will be a member of the board.
