Our client is looking for Head of Operations .

Job Descrition:

CANDIDATE MUST have an experience in Health care industry, preferably in a large HOSPITAL

Head of Operations steers the business operations and is responsible for growing the business for the region within his / her sphere of influence. The role requires single-minded focus on ensuring the region specific targets as per the Annual Operating Plan are - set and met- with focus on overall P&L & customer delight. And for this the integrator needs to plan for resource optimization, support the organization's goals for growth and scale and continually audit and assess the quality of services rendered.

Clearly, it is a role that contributes significantly to the organization's vision and goals.

- Develop and drive the execution of the Annual Business Plan for the region

- Periodically review the business performance and take necessary action to improve performance

- Identify new business verticals and service offerings

- Sponsor and find ways to enhance innovation culture and promote IP creation

- Build the Corporate Brand Reputation and protect credibility of the organization within the specific region

- Plan for manpower and resource optimization

- Conduct causal analysis of service delivery bottlenecks and breakdowns

- Advocate our client's vision and values to all officers within the region and foster employee alignment with corporate goals

- Communicate service delivery policies, guidelines and performance SLAs to all ECF(external customer facing) officers within the region
