With a network of over 10 Lakh consumers and 60,000 independent financial intermediaries (customers), we generate business opportunities for our clientele worth crores in rupees every day. The company is now looking to bring into its executive management team a set of individuals who will play a pivotal role in creating a base that scales to global heights.
Job Description
The Head of Production is a key role within Company and the candidate is expected to streamline the entire process of generating leads based on the requirements. He/ She has to be an excellent orator and an influential leader to motivate the production team to set high standards and achieve greater heights.
The role is ideal for an individual who wants to pursue high levels of professional achievement coupled with being a part of company building.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a tech savvy and design Wealth Doctor App to be a simple, user-friendly and useful app for its users.
- Manage teams stationed in different locations.
- Understand the market, successfully predict the Market potential and take necessary steps to increase the market share of the company.
- Continuously monitor, evaluate and motivate to enhance the performance of the team.
- Plan and prioritize the team's work and drive performance enhancement training's for the team.
- Be innovative at work and find new ways to increase production.
- Work with the Marketing team to make the product, a global brand.
- Recruit, Nurture & Lead from the front (hands-on management), a team of high performing lead generation professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Company is looking for seasoned production manager having hands on experience in managing teams of large number of revenue sales professionals, lead generation professional & tele-caller sales professionals.
The individual should hold a post graduate degree in Management from a premier management institute.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role handling team of large number of sales and lead generation professionals/tele sales professionals.

Ability to think outside the box.
IDEAL CANDIDATURE:
- Good to have experience predominantly from insurance background
- Experience of managing customer support and lead generation teams
- Experience in scaling up the business in the past .
- Experience in having driven a sales & telesales team (200 members)
- Any experience in Financial Services sector will be a plus.
