Mandatory- MBA Graduate (Fulltime MBA)  Role description--   A key member of the Operations team, responsible for efficiently running and leading Operations in Mumbai with accountability on all service delivery parameters.   This is a key Customer Services role where the real challenge is in achieving the appropriate balance between service delivery and cost, in the scenario of consistent and considerable change.   Key accountabilities include developing & maintaining close relationship with Onshore operations and frequently interacting with stakeholders to resolve service related issues, planning and delivering projects.   Influencing skills will be a key success factor. The position holder will have to manage the operational efficiency and growth of the team members while maintaining the cost case.   There will be an expectation that the member will provide at least a 180 day rolling view of operational and transformational milestones in the team while aligning with the Target Operating Model of Employee benefits/ Insurance Broking.   There is a requirement to have a broad awareness of the market and other parts of the business as well as a good knowledge of key technologies, processes and understanding of appropriate products and services.   Innovation and identification opportunities for improvement are strongly expected.   Generic responsibilities  - Strong operations management experience, understanding of operational benchmarks and measurements   - Ability to influence stakeholders and drive company strategy   - Ensure accurate and timely reporting to all stake holders   - Ability to specify, stretch goals and drive teams to achieve them   - Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach team members to meet departmental KPIs and project SLA's   - Identify career path for various employees and succession planning in the team   - Coach & mentor Direct Reports   - Liaise with supporting departments within company to resolve issues   - Lead quality and productivity initiatives including ISO 9002 and Lean Six Sigma within the team and ensure delivery of benefits   - Enforce adherence to security and data protection guidelines   - Ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations and procedures   - Ensure effective load balancing between sites and resources
