Head - Operations Analytics - BFSI

Our client is a US based financial services company headquartered in Bangalore, looking for a Head of Operations Analytics.

The role will be responsible for:

- Providing operations analytics support to WI business including capacity planning, demand forecasting, management of demand and optimization of organizational performance.

- Building and operationalizing appropriate processes to meet business needs.

- Leading and managing a team of 5+ members and have accountability for team deliverables.

- Bring best practices of Industry to workplace and be a subject matter expert in Forecasting, demand planning and optimization.

- Annual Budgeting and identification of opportunity for new engagements and new process developments.

Looking for candidates with MBA or a Masters in Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics from leading Indian Universities with an excellent academic record.

Candidates having 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in industry working in areas like operations analytics , with outstanding track record in managing stakeholders and mature teams. Prior experience in financial services industry and experience in managing US clients is preferred.
