Client Details

Our client is a new entrant in the office shared spaces segment, looking to revolutionise co-working spaces by building a complete self-sufficient community. They have over 15 centres in India currently, and have a vision to get to 50 by end of this year, with 1200+ employees across 70+ organisations using their spaces.

Their shared spaces are marked by intranet community apps, concierge services, discussions and talks by the who's who of the community, in-house entertainment and much more. They aim to create a space from where you wouldn't want to move at all!

Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for:

- Event planning and execution, on-site logistics, lead acquisition and management

- Managing and driving relationships with third party vendors

- Planning, researching and executing offline brand campaigns

- Planning, researching and executing community campaigns alongwith digital integration

- Leading a team of community managers with on field activities and events

Profile

The ideal candidate would come with at least 5 years of experience in offline events and activities planning and execution. He or she would have a proven track record with communication development - internal and external, on ground collateral, point of sales look and feel development, lead generation and media planning and buying. Excellence in communication, ability to keep up with a startup environment and drive an entire offline piece for an exciting space would be the other requirements.

Candidates from a BTL background or similar offline background from startups or radio would be preferred.
