- Candidates with MSW/ MHRM or MBA HR (Dual Specialization not accepted) from good Institutions, with Min 12 Yrs to Max 18 Yrs Experience in Manufacturing Organizations.

- Candidates are expected to have passed out in First class in UG & PG without any History of arrears and without break in career.

- Strong in IR, Liasoning and Statutory Compliance to handle a Grinding Unit of 500 Employees strength.
