We have an excellent job opportunity for Head – Multi-Branded Channel with leading MNC (Mobile Handset):  Location: Gurgaon (ONLY LOCAL Candidates APPLY)  Experience: 12-15 years ONLY  Education: FULL TIME MBA/ PGDM   PURPOSE OF POSITION :   Drive Programs for Top Tier of Multi Braded Channel which contributes to majority of Phones Sales. These comprise of ~20,000 outlets.  As the owner of this channel the candidate has to plan & execute programs to improve Brand Experience & Counter Share.  JOB RESPONSIBILITY:  Head – MBO Channel has to enable sales extraction & increase ASP in the specific channel by  1. Defining Channel Segments and creating appropriate Total Channel Offer   2. Improve Brand Advocacy in Channel  3. Drive Share of Shelf & create Experience Zones :- These could be Shop-in Shops , Kiosk or Branding as relevant to channel segment  4. Drive Sell-Out & Retail Index by engaging with the Regional Sales Team  5. Champion the President Club Program with activities to engage & motivate key retail partners  6. Optimize & monitor store level Investment  KEY RESULT AREAS :   1. Protect and Increase Counter Share ( and thus market share) in this Channel  2.
