Client Details

Our client is one of the well-established NBFCs backed by a reputed conglomerate. The NBFC has both secured and unsecured product offerings across Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal loans, Mortgages, Loans Against Property, Loans Against Shares, Micro-finance and Agri-loans. They are looking for a Head of Mortgages.

Description

As the Head of Mortgages, you will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for:

- Heading the entire Mortgages business for the NBFC in India

- Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring new avenues and strategies for new income generation from existing as well as new clients

- Adding value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in Mortgages

- Developing strategies to grow the book size

- Mentoring and managing a Sales team as well as a product team

Profile

- You will be a post graduate with at least 15 years of relevant experience in Mortgages across Sales, Product, Credit etc

- You should have been in a senior leadership role heading the Mortgages business either at National level or at least at Zonal level with a reputed bank or NBFC

- Additionally, you should have sound product knowledge across the gamut of secured lending products with specialisation in mortgages.

- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders
