- Must have around 10 years of experience in marketing and MBA from tier 1 management institute should only apply for this job.
- Development of the strategic vision for each brand, the Brand Architecture, the Brand Pyramid and its place in the company portfolio.
- Full accountability for development of product, pricing, place, promotion and pricing strategies along with commercial budget(s) spend and allocation. Responsibility towards maximizing gross contribution at segment and brand level at targeted sales volume
- Market Complexity : This role will lead the innovation & launch agenda across brands and segments as well as future hunting grounds
- Leadership Responsibilities : Leading and influencing a cross functional team and key stakeholders
- Leading the concept development process
- Leading conversationalization and revenue generation of new and ongoing brands
