Working in Real Estate, Advertising/ PR agency, event management firms with exposure across print, electronic and new media or alternately working with FMCG or other sectors in similar roles.
Responsibility to include :
- Media planning for print & Electronic media to strategize and leverage the advertising and marketing budgets on an annual basis.
- Create marketing support through corporate communications, brand management, media management, and marketing collaterals, exhibitions and customer events/ conferences.
- Building strong relationships with newspaper, magazines, tv channels & other media agencies.
- Involve in on- site branding for real estate projects, advertising & PR, internal & external newsletters & corporate communications, brand management & internet site, marketing collaterals including catalogues, leaflets.
- Co-ordinate and work with internal & external teams to deliver on KRA's at both Corporate level & project level.
- Manage the company's marketing & PR budget through best utilization of resources.
- Complete support to the Sales Team for Project specific & Corporate sales & Exhibitions.
