The state-of-the-art ISO-9001 certified factories anchor manufacturing at Kottayam- Kerala, Bangalore-Karnataka, Salem-Tamil Nadu and Hyderabad-Andhra Pradesh along with outsourced production of footwear. Their portfolio comprises of full range of footwear products made of Natural Rubber (NR), Poly-urethane (PU), Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR) soles and has a PAN-India distributor network of over four hundred members.  Position - Head- Marketing (Bangalore Location)  Reports to Director  Education / Experience/ Knowledge and Skill requirements  - Master's Degree in Business Administration  - 15-25 years of experience with substantial experience in Brand management, Brand communications, Product marketing and Market Research  - Experience in managing marketing budgets  - Strong leadership and project management skills  - Excellent communication skills  - Confidence managing strategic marketing campaigns, launches.   - Familiarity with the footwear industry and dealer-distributor network, will be a plus  - Solid analytical, financial and organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and projects and competing demands  Areas of Responsibilities  - Set short and long term strategic marketing goals to achieve all financial and non-financial goals with a focus on Vision 2020.  - Create and spread an enthusiastic brand message that will connect easily with target demography  - Set the complete marketing plan for each line of business (Digital /Broadcast/ Print Media)  - Plan and calendar marketing plans across ATL/ BTL advertising, social media, SEM, internet to deliver the targeted sales and strengthen brand positioning.  - Monitor delivery of calendared marketing plans with a strong focus on ROI  - Identify and build additional sales channels/ affiliate marketing/ ecommerce platforms as required by the LOB  - Strengthen the marketing framework for the Dealer-Distributor network across all regions.  - Identify offline and online marketing opportunities to drive growth.  - Ensure appropriate marketing communication through website and other agreed modes of communication with timely updates and enhancements.  - Develop all marketing collaterals required for the various lines of business including content, advertisements, PR, relevant market research and reports from data analytics.  Puja Sinha Abanel Management Consulting Bangalore
