An FMCG major is looking to hire a Marketing Head - Female  Broadly the person would be responsible for all marketing activities for the entire range of products.  Major KRA s would be:  - To assist in the development of a detailed annual budget and marketing plan for the category.  - To implement a range of digital and traditional tactical marketing activity e.g. promotional collateral, exhibitions, events, newsletters, advertisements, direct mail, sales support material  - Effective copy writing e.g. press releases, direct mail, brochures and website  - Effectively participate in the Regional Brand community to align the business to global marketing guidelines and also learn and implement the initiatives  - Play a key role in aligning and driving cross functional teams for execution of marketing projects.  - To work with the sales team, PR/marketing agencies to effectively build awareness of the brand, products and services  - To ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget  - To track, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity  - To provide budget management for allocated projects, including tracking estimated and actual costs; and demonstrate value for money  - To provide effective marketing advice and support as necessary to internal and external customers  - To monitor and collate competitor and market intelligence and utilize as appropriate  - To carry out relevant market research to support sales and marketing activity  - To support other team members in the effective delivery of activities where appropriate  Desired Skills:  - A Management degree from a reputed business school is desirable.  - The person would bring to the table 10 to 12 years of experience in the consumer goods industry.  - Female Candidate Preferred  Monica
