ROLE PURPOSE:  - The Head of Marketing will lead Marketing team and works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to facilitate the development of strategies and plans for the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and programs.   - To ensure all marketing activities, promotions and strategies to take place smoothly. To be responsible for the maximum exposure and efficiency of marketing budget. The role requires the individual to manage team and ensure innovative, creative marketing strategies for the business  Description of the Accountability:  - The Marketing Head must maintain constant communication with the Operations team on all aspects of the Marketing activities, promotions and strategies. All marketing initiatives and proposals approval in discussion with COO prior to implementation.  - Directs the development and implementation of process, tools, metrics, initiatives and technology that will support and improve the Marketing Function productivity  - Benchmarks the organization's current marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices, and through gap analysis, develops a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes.  - As appropriate identifies, recommends and leads the implementation of marketing opportunities, in an effort to increase overall effectiveness of the marketing.  Functional Skills and Capabilities:   - Innovative and Creative in Marketing & Brand  - Hands-on experience in Member Acquisition strategy  - Ability to network with partners across blue chip companies  - Maximize database  - Customer retention strategies  - Expertise on Social media   - Knowledge on Loyalty programs
