Please go through the job description below and let me know your interest.   Position: Head Marketing- Fertilisers  Location: Secunderabad  Qualification: MBA-Marketing   Years of experience 10-20 years  Worked in a mid - large size corporate - minimum turnover of Rs.500-1000 Cr. Handling Marketing programs for at least 5 years as the Head.   Functional/Industry exp. of candidate: Agri, FMCG,   Job Responsibilities:  - Develop the annual marketing plan for the Fertiliser SBU including market research programs and field force activities.  - Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.  - Ensuring effective marketing communications including the web, print communication, and advertising.  - Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing efforts - ROI analysis of campaigns, determining change in purchase patterns and sales, brand recall value, customer/channel feedback etc.   - Complete Portfolio management covering budgeting, planning for ATL/BTL, brand management, vendor management (ad agencies), positioning & crop segmentation.  Desired functional expertise:  - Profit and loss management of marketing investments   - Brand management  - Market development   Must Haves:  - Strong and effective communicator.  - Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.  - Ability to coordinate efforts of a large and diverse team.  - Ability to see the big picture   - Creative / - out of the box- thinker
