They are looking for the Head of Marketing who would look at innovative strategies which would make a difference in the education sector.
Job Description : Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Construct and implement a long-term marketing roadmap, commensurate the overall strategic direction of the business, focused on increasing brand equity in the Indian Market.
- Managing the brand identity and ensuring that it is represented in the ideal manner across all channels
- Managing all media, events, PR, sponsorship and consumer promotion events.
- Handling the digital and social presence for the brand and ensuring that it attracts relevant traffic.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify key trends and patterns in the market.
- Working closely with influencer groups to drive brand awareness at relevant touch points
The Successful Candidate:
- You must be a MBA from one of the top tier business schools only, with at least 10 -15 years of experience in FMCG brand and marketing.
- You must have had exposure of working on projects related to the consumer industry.
- You should have a proven track record of leading and executing.You should have the ability to work in cross functional teams and excellent communication skills.
