Head - Marketing & Communications - IT

Role:

- Business leader reporting to the CEO of India with a dotted line reporting to the Global Marketing and Communications head

- Part of the India management team and a key leadership role

- Responsible for all PR, Analyst Relations, Internal communications, Branding & Advertising, Events, Web and Social media presence

- Owner of communications strategy for all external and internal stake holders. Complete responsibility for reputation management, building and sustaining external and internal visibility for the brand.

- Positioning the organization in the top employer and technology vendor bracket

- Planning and owning the entire budget Marketing and Communications for India

Required qualities:

- MBA from a premier school with 15+ years experience in marketing and corporate communications; recent 3-5 years in a mid to large IT organization

- Strong leadership qualities; ability to manage a young dynamic team of marketing and communications professionals

- Extremely strong skills in managing external and internal stakeholders; Ability to work with multiple levels of people across the organization

- Tenacity to work in ambiguous high stress situations

- An effective communicator & team leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

- Pleasing personality that can adapt to various situations

- Out of the box thinking with a proven track record of building and managing brands in a dynamic environment

- Ability to work on high level strategy and hands on execution

- Ability to collaborate and work in complex situations
