Head-Marketing Communication  Position Specifications :  Position : Head of Marketing & Communication  Location : New Delhi  Key Responsibilities :  - Create long term brand/ marketing strategies and communication plans. Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance brand identity  - Lead the strategic brand positioning efforts through evaluation of opportunities as well as support brand equity position  - Develop and maintain company's corporate image and identity. To work in liaison with external organizations and promote a positive image.  - Define brand values and manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines.   - Develop ATL & BTL marketing strategies and communication plans, product launches and present new products, defining its key USP.   - Market Analysis - Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics. Also, identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on the marketplace  - Produce written marketing communications, including press releases, promotional materials, advertisements and web pages relating to corporate events and internal communications. Explore available channels for widening the distribution of marketing materials.   - Developing positioning and messaging research, exploration, product and marketing/advertising concept testing, managing and measuring impact of offline and online brand campaigns.  - Developing and driving quantitative and qualitative studies including brand track and customer satisfaction index, choosing from and using a wide array of research techniques of brand, business, product, marketing and sales strategies that drive brand awareness, brand perceptions and ultimately, product engagement and adoption by consumers and business clients   - Represent the Company at external conferences, seminars, Trade fairs and working parties as may be required   - Work closely with key stakeholders to incorporate research findings into development   - Produce an annual corporate communications plan, incorporating corporate campaigns and departmental-based campaigns  - Develop and implement internal communications programs in order to support organizational objectives and the objectives of the communications strategy, playing a leading role in shaping the content, tone and mode of delivery of key messages to all internal audiences  - Monitor and research perceptions of internal audiences to campaigns, and communications outputs. Monitoring of and reporting on the communications campaign and/or events progress to colleagues  - Create case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals. Supervises the creation and posting of web content including blogs, videos and more.  - Developing and driving the department's strategic plan, which addresses critical issues or each strategic area of the department and outlines plans for achieving those objectives  - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.  - Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. Manage online brand and product campaigns
