We are looking for a sharp, creative and high-on-energy person to head marketing (digital and offline campaigns) and branding for our e-Commerce startup in women's western-wear space. The person should be a self-starter and should be able to take full ownership of all entire marketing and branding for the venture.  The start-up is founded by graduates from IIM Calcutta with 7-8 years of experience as consultants with firms like McKinsey & Co and has recently raised early funding from a clutch of seasoned investors. The venture will offer significant growth potential along with tremendous learning opportunity and exposure across all facets of business.  Purpose of the Job :  - Develop and execute company's marketing strategy, along with planning and budgeting  - Define the overall brand strategy and positioning and ensure all communication and marketing activities are aligned to that  - Design, implement and manage online and offline marketing programs, focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition  - Ensuring unit economics profitability after user acquisition costs (key KRA of the role)   Key Skills :   - Strong expertise and understanding of all type of digital and offline marketing campaigns  - Good understanding of non-paid marketing techniques  - Thorough understanding of Social Media Marketing (especially Facebook), Blogging based marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ad words and other PPC campaigns, running e-mail campaigns and SEO/SEM  - Strong analytical skills and expertise in measuring RoI across various marketing channels  Qualification / Experience :   - Should have hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing, preferably in an e-Commerce / digital company for at least 2-3 years  - Should have a proven track record of building consumer brand(s) through offline and digital marketing  - Good networks in marketing / branding / PR space  - Should have strong communication skills  - Passion for apparel and fashion is a plus  - Candidates from premier institutes will be preferred  Location : Delhi NCR   Compensation : Reasonable compensation to manage a good lifestlye along with ESOPs
