Require Full time MBAs only with following experience:
Industry experience in consumer focused industries, preferably CPG, FMCG, or BFSI. Desired marketing champion should have marketing experience in a service based industry
Experience/ exposure to consumer Insights, quantitative and qualitative research into customer behavior, stated and unstated needs.
- Value proposition development, segmented brand messaging to TGs
- Experience in on-ground marketing activation efforts in retail service based offerings with innovative marketing practices.
- Managing creative agency deliverables and/or previous work ex in a creative agency
- Managing PR activities, ability to use PR as a lever to position as thought leaders, and acquire customers.
- Understanding and appreciation for Digital mediums as an engagement and customer acquisition mechanism,
- Fluency and ease in managing both the strategic and tactical aspects of consumer centric marketing plans.
- Active and experienced in ATL and BTL activities, Can work as think tank / an Idea factory to promote the brand in Market

- Support marketing activation activities
- Create appropriate Social campaigns through digital platforms
- PR and communication management
This position reports directly to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
