Head go to market - Seeking people from FMCG and FMCD industry only

Responsibilities of Head - Market Introduction :

- Growth & New Business, this position will be a critical member of team and will help shape the company's revenue growth. The primary responsibility of the Head will be driving innovation, identification, prioritization and execution of Go to Market initiatives with direct quantifiable revenue and sales responsibility.

The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following :

New Segment & Application :

- Identifying new customer segments & applications to expand customer base

- Formulates compelling value proposition for new segments basis customer insights

- Develop and establish new segment in the market across territories.

- Directly responsible for driving Quality Customer Acquisition from these customer segments

- Direct responsibility of driving the Sales & revenue from new segments

Go to Market & Customer Connect :

- Develop Go to Market grid for all product categories for an effective market launch and customer / segment fit.

- Develop and introduce programs for enhancing customer engagement & experience like referral programs, loyalty programs.

- Direct responsibility of driving the Sales & revenue from customer engagement initiatives.

Sales & Service Operating Standards :

- Define & Document Pre Sales, Sales and post sales process and KPI's to drive efficiencies and superior customer experience.

- Facilitate training collaterals and implementation of Operating standards across territories.

- Audit and compliance mechanism to measure effectiveness and adherence of operating standards.

- Process custodian for all field operations and driving continuous improvement measures.

People :

- An active mentor - Motivating and guiding team members to ensure strategic operational excellence.

- Skilled at training subordinates and building capability of the team in their competencies (functional & managerial)

Qualifications :

- Ideal candidates must have at least 12+ years of FMCG, Solar home systems or consumer electronics experience with a proven track record in new category creation, Business Development & customer engagement.

- Proven track record of leading projects from inception to go-to-market targeting rural or BOP markets.

- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions.

- Must possess a strong code of ethics and values.

- Demonstrated leadership, networking and negotiation skills.

- Ability to travel (up to 30%) and work flexible hours.

- Higher University degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Management.

- MBA in Marketing/Operations from reputed Indian and International institutions will be highly desirable.

- Fluency in both English and Hindi required.

Compensation 25 to 30 lacs
