Opening for Head Manufacturing with a Well Know MNC organisation worldwide  Designation: Head Manufacturing   Location : Mumbai  Job Description :   Partner with planning and sales team to meet with customers to set scheduling timelines for product availability  Develop the manufacturing plan and establishes procedures for allocation of product lines across plants.  Directs the establishment, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing standards for all plants.  Maintain high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure product conformance to established customer needs  Ensure asset integrity and process controls are implemented and maintained in line with company HSEQ standards.  Achieve optimum resource allocation with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual plans.  Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.  Direct and monitor department managers to accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and HSEQ procedures.  Hires, trains, develops and evaluates the operating staff with required mentoring and training from time to time  Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap,  Monitor, analyze and report data for management review as well for effective decision making.  Direct and coordinate various improvement programs essential to manufacturing procedures across plants  Focus on key development areas safety, security, housekeeping, cost reduction, worker engagement, security etc.  Initiate and coordinates major infrastructure projects like plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.). as part of facility management  CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:  - State-of-the-art blending and filling plant, with highly energetic, motivated and well qualified young team.  - Explicit group commitment on principles of HSSEQ&SD, Ethics, Anti Corruption and Organizational  - Strong management support and fair degree of autonomy .  - Constantly changing market requirements warranting quick production changeovers.  - Unforeseen changes in Government policies w.r.t.
