Client Details :

The organization is US based MNC which is a worldwide leader in the diagnostic industry and is committed to delivering quality products that patients can use on accurate and actionable information. They are looking to expand their mark in Indian market and hence, are looking to recruit a Head of Manufacturing based out of their facility in Manesar.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Plant Head, you will be responsible for :

- Managing end to end plant operations including manufacturing, production planning, demand supply planning, inventory management, compliances, labour relationship management, quality, etc.

- Liaise across functions in plant to ensure maximum efficiency

- Key focus on following GMP guidelines and labor union management

- Managing a team of 4-5 persons along with the responsibility of their growth in the organization

Profile :

- You will be a professional with more than 15 years of experience in handling end to end manufacturing operations in Healthcare industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the leadership skills to handle large scale operations
