Head - Manufacturing

1. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing including value stream mapping, single piece flow, VA & NVA analysis, cell manufacturing layout design, small group activities.

2. Knowledge of TPM and related good manufacturing practises.

3. Knowledge of heat treatment furnaces and basic knowledge on material grades is ideal.

4. Knowledge of die manufacturing in press shop/ cold forge shop / injection moulding is needed with understanding of die materials, machining and heat treatment.

5. Knowledge of Using 7QC Tools, 5W & PDCA for problem solving-

6. Ability to lead change initiative & motivate operators/ engineers in 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke & Multi Skilling activity.

7. Ability to make time study analysis and define automation needs.-

8. Should have worked on conveyor automation projects for press/ machine tools/ assembly lines.

9. Should have experience in new equipment technical specification detailing, automation related integration & commissioning activities.-
