It is for a well established strong brand having store operations for premium products with strong focus in South India.  They have already embarked on their journey towards E-commerce and require Specialists for the same.  There are likely to be two levels for this role  Work involves :  Collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce for Head & managing end-to-end e-commerce operations for No. 2 role.  Overall responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to following:  Manage various e-commerce functions like product listing, Order Management, customer returns, designing promotional deals and offers, dealing with payment issues etc.  Manage brand's personal website.  Daily operations for e-commerce including order processing.  Attract new and existing visitors to the eCommerce proposition via all customer acquisition methodologies   Assess and implement commercial/sales opportunities to maximise online revenue and profitability  Manage online margin through effective pricing and promotional activities  Person must have understanding of online Business for premium consumer products and e-commerce across global markets.  Previous experience in playing a Role in an e-commerce Business is most desired.
