Seeking 5-15 years professionals for an Ivy League Founder Partner driven Leadership Consulting & Coaching organization. Technology Sales Head/Manager/Consultant will work closely with the Founder, aid in Inside Sales, connects with Clients/internal Team, prepare Data Metrics, coordination, growth & renewal activities of the organization & drive focus in transactions/tasks for the company.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Receives training & performs duties in several sub functions of the organization such as Finance, Client Services, Sales, Operations, Data Solutions & Technology.

2. Learns line & staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies & practices that affect each phase of business.

3. Monitors performance progress with Founder CEO & key staff. Works closely with Founder CEO to drive organizational transactions to efficient productivity.

4. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, & standards required for performance of departmental duties.

5. Receives training in functions & operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments & to provide greater promotional opportunities

Requisite skills & experience :

- Academically brilliant Graduates or Post Graduates welcome.

- Strong written, verbal, analytical & presentation skills.

- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff/clients.

- Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.

- Learning agility, unconventional thinking & fiery spirit.

- Humility to learn, consultative Inside Sales skills, previous experience in managing Consulting relationships.

- Ability to manage delicate balance of assertiveness with kindness & dogged results orientation.

- Self-starter abilities, capability to work with minimal supervision & natural leader.

- Ambitious & target focused with a drive to succeed.

- Experience of working with Leadership to align sales strategies /solutions & experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment in the Learning & Consulting industry will be an added advantage.

- Excellent negotiation skills, influencing skills, maturity, work ethics & proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.

Location not a constraint.

Salary Offered : 10 LPA
