Head/Manager - Business Development  Job Responsibilities :  - The incumbent will be responsible to converge business acquisition in India and International market in the space of Executive Search and Consulting.  - He/ She will be responsible to assess and evaluate the local and International market for prospective business opportunities in the areas that the organisation operates.  - Incumbent will be responsible in representing the organization on various industry podiums/ trade forums and seminars and spearhead the networking initiatives.  - Strong focus on selling to C level and senior management decision makers.  - He/she will be responsible to develop and further build the organisations practices.  - The incumbent will be responsible for developing collateral and reports that will help in building relationships and converting business.  Desired Profile :   - The incumbent should be a top tier undergraduate degree holder and MBA. He should have 6-10 years of experience with 4-6 years experience relevant to consulting/professional services/executive search environment.  Desired Skills :  - The incumbent should have proven credentials in being an independent contributor with strong exposure and interest to lead an entrepreneurial responsibility.  - He/She should be extremely fluent in communication, both written and verbal.  - He/She should have experience in developing and nurturing relationships with the C-Suite executives.  - He/She should have thorough experience in pitching for concept based solutions/services with proven track record of success.  - He/She should be able to work independently while functioning as part of a team.  - Possessing a strong network of relevant business contacts, and the professional presence necessary to establish credibility with various players in the ecosystem.  - Exceptional business and analytical skills, significant commercial negotiation experience, deep knowledge and understating of the consultative sales process.
