The opportunity is with a key client of InnoQuest, based in Mumbai. The role holder will be heading the Management Audit portfolio for both domestic and international businesses.  Role : Head of Audits  Brief overview of the role:  - The role works closely with the Board, and will head the Audit function working directly with the Finance Head.  - Manage a team of Auditors across businesses.  - Head audits for all the Businesses (Domestic & International) that operate under the banner of the company  - Identify areas of non conformance, risk and solutions  - Establish Standard Operating Procedures for Audit  - Present findings to the Board and recommend appropriate course of action.  Desired profile  - CA with at least 15-20 years of post qualification experience  - Experience in both Domestic and International audits  - Experience in SOX compliance will be highly preferred (or any other International Auditing standards)
