Responsibilities:

1) Liasioning with government body, Liasioning with Local body,Handling Labour Issues Community Issues.

2) Looking after Infrastructure of Industry Roads, Highways, Water Sector Preffered.

3) Getting the Approvals, Permissions from the required Industry, Doing follow-up with the Goverment Departments.

Job Summary:

Head of Liasioning & Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for working closely with Business Leaders to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Central/ State Government, the private sector and civil society. The purpose of this role is to create and build strategic relationships, coordinates complex interactions and evaluates programs.

You will be responsible for driving the company's strategy for public private partnership, with private sector you will be responsible for conversations around partnership and with the Civil society, you will ensure that company builds relationship and is well entrenched in discourses around.

Job Responsibility:

- Position the company as a creditable partner for their infrastructure needs with Government and Corporate players to develop partnership for with local, regional and national officials and groups with respect

- Identify opportunities and work with partners in the private sectors for a mutual beneficial opportunity

- Play an active role in structuring PPP, contracts plan, develop, administer and evaluate programs, activities and daily operations related to the Governmental affairs

- Establish and implement short and long term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures for the Government relations support functions and continuously monitor effectiveness of programs and plans

- Will act under authority of Business Leaders to coordinate and control any related standard activities

- Will facilitate communication between Central/ State Government authorities and internal organization. In doing so, this role shall provide advice to the liaison organization on VIL purposes, principles and projects

- Expected to have an up-to-date knowledge of the projects, programs and various initiatives run under all Government bodies

- Develop an understanding of the current performance of industry sectors within the municipality, future trends and issues, make recommendations on strategies the organization may introduce and implement these as agreed

- Should be able to explain the business concept at all levels, get necessary approval and convert it into tangible business opportunities

- Responsible to support the bidding team in winning bids for the tendered opportunities

- Play a proactive role in claim approval if any, by justifying companies position

- Capable of influencing policy makers and expediting approvals and facilitate regulatory clearances

- Play a strategic role in Crisis management and take innovative ways to resolve crisis

- To provide all assistance to regional offices as well as site management for execution of projects by Liasioning with client officials of various projects

Education, Experience and Competencies:

- Any Graduate and Post Graduate with super academic credentials

- Should have minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure industry

- Should thrive in problem solving and be result oriented

- Must be an excellent communicator which includes written and oral

- Must have good command on English, Hindi or any local language is desirable

- Willing to travel extensively.

- Have pleasing personality and have the ability to create positive influence

- Should have a proven track record of a good team player and must be good organizing and planning skills.
