Purpose of the Role : Drive Liabilities Sales   Looking from people from Brokers, Corporate Agency Channels who have managed Sales of Third party products at National Level or Zonal level covering large Sales teams and distributed sales setups covering branches, DST, sub brokers, Corporate clients etc  Key Interactions & Relationships :   - Zonal Heads, Product Sales Support, Treasury  - Risk, Audit Product approvals  - Finance,Ops and IT Build processes and technology changes   - Field staff and Training Dept Manage numbers and coaching  - Industry Bodies Brand building, Business Intelligence & Personal Development   - Partner Brokers, Corporate agents etc For sourcing products and for building processes  - Customers CRM, Customer insights, providing strategic inputs to Zone and Corporate, gaining customer insights  Deliver : Kra's & Performance Indicators :   KRA/Key Activities Supporting Competencies required :   - Financial Business Targets Business Monitoring and Review   - Budgeting   - Developing Distribution DSA's, DST development, monitor, progress management  - Customer Creating New Products Managing the product development cycle from conceptualization till launch of new products Critical Customer Focus, Leading Change   - Partnering with Strategic IT and businesses to design and launch new products and modify existing products Critical Leading Change, Customer Focus, Compelling Communication   - Customer Satisfaction Monitoring customer satisfaction with regard to new products and ensure delivery of value added products and services Critical Customer Focus   - Process Compliance Developing and rolling out product policies. Working closely with Marketing and Risk teams and contributes actively to product/policy manual.   - Ensuring new products are compliant  - L&OD Talent Development Ensuring that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures Routine Coaching, Talent Orientation   - Ability to drive sales in the field with branch managers, regional managers and zonal managers to achieve results   Knowledge Skills And Experience :   Skill Source :   Educational Qualifications :Post Graduate Prerequisite   Prior Experience : 15 - 20 years experience in Liabilities Sales, Mutual Funds Sales having worked in a Broker or Corporate agent Managing third party sales and distribution of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Deposits etc. Must have driven and managed large teams and branch setups.  Domain Knowledge :   - High degree of understanding of Distribution of Liability products, building channels, driving sales, setting up Dst etc  - Language Skills English spoken and written at a high level of proficiency  - IT Skills.
