Currently hiring a Legal Head - Bangalore - Manufacturing for a German MNC.

Ideal Candidate:

- 9-13 yrs of corporate legal experience in a manufacturing MNC.

- Law qualified

- Well Versed with laws and Compliance

Roles and responsibilities:

- Indian specific areas of law

- Set up in other regions

- International work experience, good multicultural understanding

- Business law and company law

- Indian specific areas of law

- Labor Law, Compliance, Tax Law, Corporate Law.

- Practical all-rounder in all areas of law

- Capable to guide external lawyers and service providers

- Responsible for compliance training
