Head - Legal - EPC

To Head the Legal Function of the Large Organization into EPC.

Provide guidance and legal counsel on various statutory, regulatory and commercial matters and compliance assurance. The role is to ensure that company operates within the law at all times, limit risk exposure, create an effective guardian of the organisation

KRA:

Strategic:

Review, advise and negotiate contracts, new business ventures, IP Protection and legal entity structuring

Provide legal counsel and advice on a broad range of legal topics to include: contracts, litigation, research compliance, intellectual property, employment, labor relations, tax.

Provide expert and strategic advice on legal matters

Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors

Manage online compliance management system including training, reporting, analysis and corrective & preventive actions.

Operational:

Support / prepare all legal documentation, resolution of legal issues, contractual communication and commitments.

Draft, interpret, analyse and negotiate contracts, review contractual documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal policies and business team objective prior to signature execution and acceptance.

Maintain a log of all pending legal matters, ensure proper notice management system.
