Qualification - Graduate / LLB / MBA
Experience - 20 - 30 years of legal exp out of which 5 - 8 yrs of Land Litigation exp is must from Real Estate, Retail, Bank, Real Estate Funds, Hospitality and Big groups. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
Job Profile : -
- Expertise in the Legal Framework of the country with special emphasis on Property Laws, Revenue matters, Labour Laws, Company Law, M&A and other Real Estate related Laws.
- Should have sharp legal acumen.
- Expertise in documentation. Extremely good at drafting and conveyance of documents.
- Expertise in Land (both urban & rural) and Property Acquisition and related documentation.
- Exposure to legal aspects of re-developments.
Location - Mumbai
CTC - CTC will not be a constraint for right candidate
Candidate Profile - Should have strong exposure in all litigation issues, with professional companies and competitive environment.
