Qualification: LL.B + CS

Experience: 10-15 Yrs

Salary: 20-30 lacs p.a

Should have dealt with NSE/ BSE compliance and with SEBI regulators

Role:

Need an LL.B+CS with 10-15 Yrs of exp in

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements

- Advising the management and business team on legal issues around the products offered by the Company

- Handling all regulatory inspections, internal audits and communications with regulators

- Providing legal support for all the business activities and representing the company in all litigation and nonlitigation legal matters.
