Client Details

A client is a leading MNC with operations across the globe and is looking to expand its presence in India

Description

Draft, review, negotiate all international contracts.

Risk mitigation in commercial project

Conducting DD exercises for potential corporate transactions

Handle all disputes that arise in relation to the Indian and Intercontinental region entities, involving external counsel as necessary

Advise regulatory teams and other BU's about trademark ownership rights

Profile

Looking for a qualified lawyer with over 10 years of experience in MNCs and/or law firms.

Experience in international commercial contracts is an added advantage

Experience with a law firm is highly desirable
