Job Role :
To develop & execute talent management strategy that is in line with business strategy (overall for business unit level) & to contribute in organizational performance. Diagnose the organizational requirements for talent management to support organizational life stage needs to drive high performance and productivity.
- Talent management strategies at Organizational & Business level unit.
- Diagnose organizational requirements
- Design & develop systems and processes to drive business alignment and efficiency
- Annual performance appraisals ( Process guidelines, education, review, reporting )
- Career pathing & succession planning frameworks and system (Example - Career paths for a function to be maintained / updated with inputs from HRBP to take care of structural or role changes).
- Assist the CHRO & CLO on succession planning and management for top 100 roles.
- Review the effectiveness of existing TMD systems and processes and continuously improvise.
- Advice talent development interventions to meet the talent gaps (Example: Common themes emerging from Talent Councils)
- Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles
- Incumbent needs to appreciate the business priorities of the company and industry and design and deliver appropriate skills development solutions. A good understanding of key roles across functions at Airtel is critical
- Needs to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Talent Management & Development in order to manage different stakeholder expectations and goals
- Needs to be aware of the innovative training methodologies & best practices to enable capability development and competitive edge
