Our client is a healthcare provider in India which enables innovative end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing solutions to their clients   ROLE DESCIPTION:   - To conceive, design and execute the Learning and Development strategy for the Organization to enable enhanced business performance  - To build a strong leadership pipeline  ROLE DELIVERABLES:  - To design and institutionalize the Corporate L&D strategy to drive business objectives  - Design top talent development framework to support accelerated learning and growth and prepare potential talent for getting into critical leadership roles in future.  - To develop the right leadership skills and competencies by defining a clear leadership development strategy across management levels.  - Responsible for delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training.  - Leverage new technology solutions and high quality development tools to increase reach and effectiveness of learning (e-learning, virtual training etc.)  - Manage L&D budgets; ensure cost effectiveness, consistency and quality of training programs.  - Develop & design L&D policies & framework of influence  - Analyze data, trends & delivers management information reports for effective decision-making by the leaders.  REQUIRED TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE : 15-20 years  RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 8 -10 years in core L&D function & expertise in leadership capability development  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from a Premier Business School (Preferred)  REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:  - A strong ability to manage and influence change  - Ability to develop strong networks and relationships within the organization-cross functional  - Strong influencing skills - ability to interact closely with leadership team members  - Excellent communication and articulation skills  - Strong strategic thinking abilities  - Result oriented  - Must have a strong knowledge of various performance management models  - Knowledge of Industry Best Practices in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development
