Job Description :
The Head - Learning & Development will be responsible for the development and coordination of the organization's Learning and Development strategy. Plan appropriate Training initiatives to meet the Business Goals of the Organization.
Brief Role & Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Management
- Training Need Analysis
- Manage Performance & Individual Careers
- Liaise with External Training Providers
- Plan to develop comprehensive Training Plan for Staff at all levels
- Ensure proper utilization of Training Budgets and maximize returns
- Formulate Training Evaluation methodologies post Training Interventions
- Evaluate ROI in terms of Productivity & Quality gain
- Facilitate change & transformation of behavior of individual post behavioral intervention
- Introduce latest 7 innovative trends in the L & D function
- Monitor Performance of External Training providers
Candidate Profile :
At Least 8 years + relevant experience in the L & D function, Passion for people & their development is critical, Change Management mindset . Strong Facilitation, Communication & Presentation skills .Eye for detail is also essential.
